SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on www.ardenwood.co.uk and governs the dispatch, transit, and delivery of physical goods purchased from Ardenwood.

We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not currently available.

This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Use. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms of this Policy.

ORDER PROCESSING AND HANDLING

Orders are processed on business days, being Monday to Friday, excluding United Kingdom public holidays.

Ardenwood operates as a dropshipping retailer. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly by our supply partners on our behalf. This arrangement does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The fulfilment of each order follows three distinct stages:

● Order processing: orders placed on the Website are processed and confirmed within 48 hours of receipt of payment;

● Handling and preparation: following processing, orders are picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch by our supply partners within 1 to 5 business days;

● Dispatch and transit: once the order has been collected by the carrier, the delivery timeframe set out in Section 4 applies.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from Ardenwood. A separate dispatch notification, including any available tracking information, will be sent to you by email once your order has been collected by the carrier.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

All orders are shipped via one of the following carriers: JS or YunExpress.

The carrier allocated to your order will be determined based on availability, order origin, and delivery destination. You will be notified of the carrier and any available tracking reference in your dispatch confirmation email.

We do not currently offer a premium or express delivery upgrade. All orders are shipped on a standard delivery basis.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

The estimated transit timeframe for all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom is 7 to 14 calendar days from the date of dispatch. This timeframe is in addition to the processing and handling periods described in Section 2.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operational schedules, customs processing for goods despatched from outside the United Kingdom, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We shall not be liable for delivery delays resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, postal or carrier disruptions, customs holds, port congestion, or national emergencies.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Free standard delivery is provided on all orders, without exception and regardless of order value or delivery destination within the United Kingdom.

No minimum order value is required to qualify for free delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking functionality is available for your order, a tracking number and carrier details will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

You may track your order at any time using the tracking number provided, via our tracking partner at www.17track.net. Enter your tracking number on that page to obtain the most up-to-date information on your shipment's status and estimated delivery date.

Tracking availability is subject to the capabilities of the carrier assigned to your order. Not all shipments may provide real-time or end-to-end tracking updates. If your tracking number does not return results immediately, please allow 2 to 3 business days from the date of your dispatch notification for the carrier's system to update.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation or tracking information within a reasonable period following your Order Confirmation, please contact us at hello@ardenwood.co.uk.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete, accurate, and includes any necessary access instructions (such as flat or apartment numbers).

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a different address. Please verify your delivery details carefully before confirming your order.

We do not currently deliver to PO Box addresses or BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.

FAILED DELIVERIES, DELAYS AND LOST PARCELS

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@ardenwood.co.uk. We will investigate the matter with the relevant carrier as promptly as possible.

In the event of a failed delivery attempt by the carrier, you may be required to arrange a redelivery or to collect your parcel from a designated collection point, as notified by the carrier.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, Ardenwood will offer you the choice of:

● A replacement order dispatched at no additional cost; or

● A full refund of the amount paid for the order.

This is without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If a delivery failure is attributable to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you at checkout, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred in re-routing or re-dispatching the order. In such circumstances, a refund of the product value may not be issued unless the product is returned to us in saleable condition.

CLICK-AND-COLLECT

We do not currently offer a click-and-collect or in-store pickup service. All orders are delivered to the address specified at checkout.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Ardenwood does not sell digital products. This Policy applies exclusively to physical goods.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time. The current version will always be available on the Website, identified by the date of last update shown at the top of this document.
