A contract between you and Ardenwood is formed only upon our explicit confirmation of your order by email ("Order Confirmation"), in accordance with Regulation 13 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
The purchase process follows the steps below:
● Selection of the desired product or products and addition to the shopping cart;

● Receipt of Order Confirmation by email from Ardenwood.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or failure of payment authorisation. In such cases, any payment collected will be refunded in full without undue delay.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We shall not be liable for non-delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, we will provide you with a durable copy of these Terms, or a link thereto, in your Order Confirmation email.

Images displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to screen display settings or manufacturing tolerances.
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. You will then have the option to proceed with your order at the corrected price or to cancel your order for a full refund.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable United Kingdom Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994 and HMRC guidance for overseas sellers supplying goods to UK consumers.
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been issued.
Customers whose payment card or digital wallet is denominated in a currency other than GBP may be subject to currency conversion rates applied by their payment provider. Ardenwood is not responsible for such charges or fluctuations.
