Everything you need to know about your Ardenwood delivery.
A tracking number and carrier details will be sent to you by email once your order has been collected by the carrier. If your tracking number does not return results immediately, please allow 2 to 3 business days from the date of your dispatch notification for the carrier's system to update.
The estimated delivery timeframe for all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom is 7 to 14 calendar days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier schedules, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
International shipments can sometimes show no updates for several days while in transit — this is normal. If there has been no update for more than 10 days, please contact us at hello@ardenwood.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier as promptly as possible.
Free standard delivery is provided on all orders with no minimum order value required. All prices shown at checkout include VAT. In most cases there are no additional charges upon delivery.
Please check with neighbours and look for any delivery card left by the courier, as parcels are sometimes left at a safe place or with a neighbour. If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@ardenwood.co.uk and we will investigate immediately.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a different address. If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ardenwood.co.uk and we will do our best to assist.
If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, Ardenwood will offer you the choice of a replacement order dispatched at no additional cost, or a full refund of the amount paid. Please contact us at hello@ardenwood.co.uk if your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe.
